# Sailing Week Seychelles 2025 – Uma travessia tropical com sabor e alma

A **Sailing Week Seychelles 2025** da [Treino de Mar](/sobre-nos)
 foi uma semana verdadeiramente mágica. A partida deu-se em **Mahé**, onde embarcámos num catamarã confortável e seguimos rumo a uma aventura de navegação no coração do Oceano Índico.

Desde o primeiro dia, o ambiente foi descontraído e acolhedor. Ao longo da semana, navegámos à volta de **Praslin**, com paragens em locais idílicos. Por exemplo, visitámos a magnífica *Anse Lazio*, explorámos recifes junto a *St. Pierre* e nadámos com tartarugas em *Curieuse*.

Enquanto isso, a bordo, desfrutávamos da excelente cozinha do nosso chef Mike. Todos os dias, surpreendia-nos com pratos deliciosos e croissants acabados de fazer ao pequeno-almoço. Além disso, os jantares ao pôr do sol tornaram-se momentos especiais de convívio.

Mais tarde, chegámos a **La Digue**, onde pedalámos até à famosa [Anse Source d’Argent](https://www.seychelles.com/home/la-digue)
. Esta praia é considerada uma das mais belas do mundo. Por fim, visitámos **Cousin**, uma ilha protegida onde vimos aves raras e tartarugas em plena época de desova.
